About Andrew

Andrew leads InHealth’s Compensation Valuation service line and partners with hospitals, health systems, and physician organizations to design, defend, and improve physician professional service arrangements. His work helps InHealth’s clients achieve three outcomes that matter most: regulatory defensibility (FMV/compliance confidence), sustainable economics (right-sized financial support), and stronger service-line performance (staffing, throughput, quality).

Andrew is a national subject matter expert in hospital-based compensation arrangements. He has extensive experience advising and valuing key hospital service lines, including anesthesiology, emergency medicine, hospitalist medicine, radiology, critical care, neonatology, and specialty hospitalist programs. In these environments, where coverage reliability, staffing, and financial support are tightly linked, Andrew helps clients build models that are operationally workable and financially sustainable.

With more than 10 years of valuation experience, Andrew provides fair market value (FMV) opinions for a wide range of healthcare arrangements and transactions, including call coverage, hospital-based compensation, medical directorships, employment agreements, professional services agreements, and telemedicine arrangements. Clients rely on Andrew’s FMV opinions and documentation to support contracting decisions, withstand stakeholder scrutiny, and move forward with confidence.

Prior to joining InHealth, Andrew was a Director at a national healthcare valuation firm, where he helped healthcare organizations design and defend physician compensation and coverage arrangements and improve service-line sustainability through FMV opinions, benchmarking, and performance-focused operating model support.

In his personal life, Andrew enjoys time with his wife, children, and dog, golfing, and reading everything from history to science fiction.
