About Magdalena
At InHealth, Magdalena leverages her research and technical expertise to assist clients in identifying patterns within clinical, operational, and financial data. She supports the development of data models and visualizations that help inform decision-making and performance improvement. Drawing on experience analyzing large and complex datasets, she contributes insights that support efficiency, alignment, and strategic planning across healthcare initiatives.
In addition to her core analytics responsibilities, Magdalena contributes to innovative initiatives by integrating advanced technologies, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), into business workflows. Magdalena has domain expertise in digital health spanning analytics, visualization, and integration of LLM tools.
Prior to joining InHealth, Magdalena conducted multi-disciplinary research at Temple University’s Human-Computer Interaction Lab and Center for Computational Mathematics and Modeling. Her work spanned areas including computer vision, virtual reality, and human-computer interaction, with published research focused on the educational impact of large language models. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science from Temple University, where she balanced rigorous academic work with her role as a Division I student-athlete.
Outside of work, Magdalena enjoys playing beach and grass volleyball, learning languages, and reading non-fiction books.
